The team at GMIAU where receiving hundreds of applications each week. All which needed to be manually processed and put into their case management software.

This was time consuming and could often lead to errors in the data input.

Automating the Web Form

The solution to this was making the application form available digitally online and then automating this form to feed directly into the case management software.

We worked closely with the team at AdvicePro to understand how the data would be integrated directly into GMIAU’s case management system. We then got to creating the application multi-step form and the API to feed in the data.

Once completed, the tiresome and labour intense tasks where abolished and now the team just get a notification about a new application learning staff to get to work straight away.
